There is not a person on earth with a kinder heart than Beth. She has been a nurse for many years and has experience in hospice care, inpatient crisis stabilization, and substance abuse/detox. She goes out of her way every day to make sure that each patient is taken care of and she bends over backwards to ensure that the quality of care provided by Evolution is of the highests standards. Beth is a talented crafter and makes all kinds of beautiful artistic creations. She is a very proud mom and "Granny" and spends her spare time with her adorable grandaughter and the rest of her family

Michelle is extremely personable, friendly, and diligent. She is very proactive and has a way of making everyone feel like they are in excellent hands. She manages all of the day-to-day operations and is everyone's go-to for problem solving. She has been working in the healthcare field for many years and has a variety of experience. Michelle is a grandmother of eight and enjoys time with family and friends when she is not working. She is likes to read, craft, and spend time outdoors camping and four wheeling. She also is an entrepeneur and operates a delicious lemonade business.

Jillian is a caring and open-minded psychiatric nurse practitioner who believes in a holistic, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to care. She focuses on creating a safe and welcoming environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered on their journey to wellness.
Jillian earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Cincinnati, specializing in psychiatry and mental health. She is passionate about providing affirming care for people of all genders, identities, and backgrounds. She has a special interest in neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ populations, but is experienced and skilled in providing evidenced-based, individualized care to anyone from the age of 18 to 64.
Jillian spends her free time reading, swimming, spending time with her family, and cuddling with her cat. She also enjoys exploring nature parks and attending roller derby bouts on the weekends. She is new to Gainesville and always appreciates recommendations for restaurants with good vegetarian food!

Dr. Sarah Gutierrez is a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a focus on pediatric and adolescent mental health. She possesses a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Florida International University and holds dual board certifications in pediatric primary care and psychiatric mental health. With six years of advanced practice experience in pediatric neurology, she has demonstrated excellence in diagnosing and addressing various conditions, including autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, tic/Tourette syndrome, anxiety, and behavioral disorders. Dr. Gutierrez is an enthusiastic advocate for patient rights and works actively to enhance healthcare accessibility. She dedicates herself to patient-centered care and education by empowering individuals and their families to play an active role in their health and well-being. Beyond her professional commitments, Dr Gutierrez finds joy in global travel with her family, participating in recreational tennis, reading on her Kindle, and occasionally sporting Mickey ears at Disney World. She firmly believes that each person is on a unique journey, and she looks forward to walking alongside them, guided by the mantra "stay humble and kind."

Dr. AJ Richards is a kindhearted and compassionate psychiatric nurse practitioner who enjoys communication and collaboration with her patients. She seeks to ensure that her patients feel empowered to make their own informed, autonomous decisions. She specializes in LGBTQ affirming care and neurodiversity (ADHD/ autism). As a parent of four, including a transgender son, she is extremely dedicated to ensuring that gender diverse patients feel safe, affirmed, and comfortable at Evolution. She is also happy to provide letters of support for gender transition treatment. Dr. Richards is an animal lover and always welcomes photobombing by pets during appointments! She is an experienced provider who earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Florida (Go Gators!).
